Founders Financial sought to produce a video that would not only encapsulate their history, but also celebrate their vibrant culture. Join us as we delve into how Michael Brooks and the Founders team cultivated a community based on Tru interdependence and servant leadership within their company framework. Fresh Start Furnishings was originally founded as Found in Faith Ministries (FIFM) in April 2016 when three women who were leading independent furniture ministries at their local churches combined their efforts under one nonprofit, recognizing this was the best way to meet increasing needs in the Harford County community. While there were organizations who assisted the underserved with finding adequate shelter and housing, there was not an organization that helped families furnish these houses and transform them into safe, comfortable homes, thus creating an unnecessary barrier to self-sufficiency.

The Shepherd’s Staff is a nondenominational Christian outreach and support center, serving those in crisis in Carroll County, Maryland.

The Shepherd Staff exists to reach out to those in crisis, to aid those in need, to support those in trouble, to seek out and encourage pathways to self-sufficiency, and to be a witness for Christ in our community. They are 100% donor supported — meaning they receive no federal, state or county funding.

UmojaFit, a health and wellness company based in Baltimore, MD, specializes in assisting individuals in reclaiming their health and well-being. In the early months of 2023, Ore reached out to me with the goal of producing a brand message video aimed at promoting her company and offering customers an exclusive glimpse into her personal training venture. This video project spanned over two months, featuring scenes captured at four distinct locations.
